Cast in solid Stirling Silver, this stunning heavy bangle makes an ideal gift for a loved one, it comes with a Kiwi charm.
The Kiwi was believed to be protected by the god Tane and therefore called Te manu a Tane - the bird that Tane hid. It was the Māori who named the flightless bird ‘kiwi’. There are several differing accounts of why it is so-called. Some accounts say it was named for its shrill call, others believe it was inspired by the Polynesian bird ‘kivi’, which resembles our kiwi.
