I popped into your store a few months ago when visiting Christchurch, looking for just the right pendants for wedding gifts for our son and new daughter-in-law who were about to be married in Colombia.  It was a bit of a journey at the very end of the business day. Our older son carried the Taonga to Colombia and explained the provenance of the gifts and of the artist.

 I have received the Hei Tiki - and again, the tiki is better than I envisioned. It’s perfect in the sense that I can see what ‘mass produced tiki’s’ are trying to emulate/copy. It is this type of tiki they want to try and reproduce - it’s amazing.

Thanks very much for your email and shipping update. I received the shipment yesterday - on my birthday! Needless to say, the surprise was perfect. The Pounamu is indeed gorgeous. My husband and I spent two months exploring both of New Zealand’s islands in early 2019 (and saw the great artistry of Ross Crump and Luke Gardiner first hand.) We’ve never been welcomed more warmly on any of our travels and fell in love - not only with your country’s magnificent landscapes, but with the people. When it came to shopping for my birthday, I wanted to give back a little more of the kind manaakitanga we experienced.

The service was outstanding. Probably the best customer service I’ve had. I live in Auckland so was a bit worried it would take awhile to get here but you said it would be delivered the next day and it was.  The greenstone was beautiful and nicely packaged. Excellent price too.  It was for my sons birthday and he loved it... he hasn’t taken it off. I will definitely be recommending you guys to everyone. Thank you☺️
